What do we call it?
We call it our white label reseller program
which enables you to maintain and reinforce your
brand as the quality services provider while you
let us worry about all the things engineers and
data centers have to worry about.
Does TriVenture pay commissions?
No.
How do our partners make money?
We bill the partner directly for their customer
accounts at about 30% less than our advertised
base rate. The partner adds their markup
to our base fee and invoices their customer.
In this scenario, the partner is providing tier
1 support to the customer and TriVenture is
providing support to the partner.
How do you handle currency conversion?
We invoice our partners in, and TriVenture is
paid in, United States dollars (USD).
How is licensing reported to Microsoft?
TriVenture reports all licensing via its SPLA
with Microsoft.
How is the partner recognized by
Microsoft?
The partner works with its local Microsoft
contacts to develop the background for
recognition of solutions provided to the end
customer, much like it would an on premise
deployment.

Is TriVenture visible to our customer?
That is completely up to you, our partner.
In some cases, our partners want us to be
visible to their customer and even provide tier
1 support. If that's the case, we bill our
partner's customer directly and the partner
foregoes licensing revenue. In other
cases, our partner brands their own hosted
offering and TriVenture is completely
transparent. If this is the case, the only
domain the end customer might ever see is
msftcrm.com.
What deployment models does TriVenture
support?
Single tenancy (perpetually licensed), multi
tenancy with partner control panel and the
Microsoft HMC stack, dedicated multi tenancy,
and virtual server platforms.
Can our customers deploy things like
custom and 3rd party applications?
Yes, in a single tenancy, dedicated multi
tenancy, or virtual server deployment.
Can we perform functions like user
management?
Yes, with the
Unify Control Panel.
Where is data stored?
Canada.
How much does it cost for a copy of our
customer's database?
We will deliver a copy of your customer's SQL
database for $129. This is typically how
offsite backup of data is handled - and by far
the most cost effective. The services
partner is responsible for offsite backup of all
customizations, workflow, reports, custom
software code, etc.
What does the TriVenture SLA look like?
99.9% uptime, not including scheduled
maintenance.
How does the partner initiate support?
Support is initiated by sending an email.
In emergency cases, partners can call our toll
free number to reach our dispatch desk which
operates 24x7x365.
Does TriVenture support international
partners and their users?
Yes, in all areas including the Antarctic.
If you have internet access, we will support
you.
What languages are available?
TriVenture will install any language pack that
is available from Microsoft. Support is
only available from TriVenture in English.
